What We Do

We operate a loan-request website that passes one short form to lenders and lending partners in our network. A lender that wants to work with you shows its own offer, and you choose whether to accept it, compare it, or walk away.

The request form takes about five minutes. It asks how much you want to borrow, what the money is for, how you earn income, and how lenders can reach you. When you submit it, we may share those details with lenders and lending partners whose criteria could fit your request. Any lender that wants to make an offer shows its APR, fees, payment amount and schedule on its own page before you sign anything.

Requests range from $500 to $5,000 and cover personal loans with fixed payments, such as installment-style loans for a car repair, a medical bill, debt consolidation or a planned trip. Availability, amounts, rates and terms vary by lender and by state. If you want a screen-by-screen walkthrough, our page on how the request process works covers each step.

Why We Built a Single Request

Shopping for a small personal loan usually means repeating the same information on several websites, each with its own login, its own credit pull and its own sales calls. One request that can reach several lenders saves time and makes side-by-side comparison realistic.

Most people who need $1,500 for a transmission or $800 for a dental crown are not trying to become loan experts. They want to know a few things quickly: whether any lender is likely to help, what the loan would cost in total, and what the monthly payment would be. A single request can surface those answers without hours of form-filling.

Many visitors arrive after searching phrases like leap credit loan options or small personal loans online. Whatever brought you here, our goal is the same: make it easier to see real offers side by side so you can pick the one that fits your budget, or decide that borrowing is not the right move right now.

How We Earn Money

Our service is free for borrowers. Lenders and lending partners in our network may pay us, for example when they receive a request or when a borrower accepts a loan. That compensation does not add to the amount you owe a lender.

Compensation can influence which lenders participate in our network and, in some cases, the order in which offers or partners appear. We explain this in plain terms in our advertiser and lending disclosure. We think borrowers deserve to know how a free service pays its bills, so we keep that page easy to find from every page of the site.

What compensation never does is change the terms a lender offers you. The APR, fees and schedule come from the lender, are shown before you sign, and are governed by the lender's agreement and the laws of your state.

Our Principles

Four principles guide how we write, design and run the request process: clarity on cost, no pressure, respect for your privacy, and support for responsible borrowing. We use them to make decisions about what goes on the site and what stays off it.

  • Clarity on cost. We explain APR, fees and total repayment in everyday language, and we encourage you to compare offers by the total amount you will repay, not only the monthly payment. Our rates guide and personal loan calculator exist for exactly that reason.
  • No pressure. Submitting a request does not obligate you to anything. You can decline every offer, and you never pay us for using the form.
  • Privacy. We collect what lenders need to evaluate a request and explain how it is shared in our privacy policy. We do not sell your request to unrelated marketers through hidden settings.
  • Responsible borrowing. A personal loan is a real obligation. We encourage borrowing the smallest amount that solves the problem and choosing a payment that fits your budget with room to spare.

What We Are Not

We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates, approve or deny applications, send loan funds, or collect payments. Those actions belong to the lender you choose, under its own agreement.

Because we are a connector, a few things are outside our control. We cannot tell you in advance whether a specific lender will make you an offer. We cannot change a rate, waive a fee or adjust a due date on a loan you already have. And not every request receives an offer, since each lender applies its own criteria and must follow the rules in your state.

If you already have a loan and need help with a balance, a payment or a hardship plan, the fastest route is the lender's own customer service team, whose contact details appear in your loan agreement.

Our Independence

We are not affiliated with any lender, app or company that uses a similar name. Some visitors reach us after searching for a different business with a similar-sounding brand, and we want to be clear that we do not represent it.

We do not describe any other company's products as ours, and we do not speak for any lender in our network. Our editorial guides, including our comparison of online lenders, are written independently of the companies that may compensate us. If you came here looking for a specific company's account login or customer support, please contact that company directly through its official website.

How We Write Our Guides

Every guide on the site is written for US borrowers who want straight answers about small personal loans. We focus on how costs work, what lenders typically look at, and how to compare offers, using clearly labeled estimates rather than promises.

Payment figures on our pages are estimates based on simple amortization math, and we label them that way. Real offers depend on your credit profile, income, state and the lender's own pricing. When we describe typical requirements, such as being at least 18 (or your state's age of majority), having a US address and a bank account, we note that lenders set the final rules. Our eligibility overview and FAQ go deeper on common questions.

Getting in Touch

Our team answers questions about the request form, privacy requests and removing your information from our records. For questions about an existing loan, your lender is the right contact because only the lender can see and change your account.

You can find our email address, phone number and mailing address on our contact page. We read every message and usually reply within one to two business days.
